NCDE’s office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. We typically try to have every other Friday off, however someone is usually available to answer calls. If you happen to call during an “off ” Friday and no one answers, please leave a message and we will be in contact as soon as we can. If you need emergency assistance on one of our “off” Fridays, please email or contact Allen on his cell phone.
